This page provides the essential information about this process. The fees are designed to recover the expenses of preparing the requested dataset and do not bring profits to the institutions providing the data. The overall fee structure is set in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/e-seimas.lrs.lt\/portal\/legalAct\/lt\/TAD\/9861b914417e11eeb4b9a076396dcf81?jfwid=12eg56e7t8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>this Government resolution<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/e-seimas.lrs.lt\/portal\/legalActEditions\/lt\/TAD\/TAIS.116101?faces-redirect=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>this Law<\/u><\/a>. Hourly wage for VDA and management staff for data collection, depersonalization, various programming work and related costs. In almost all cases, the data is provided in the Agency\u2019s secure remote environment. Usage of its computing resources (CPU time) and file storage (disk space) needs to be paid for in advance. The platform also allows programming in R, Python, SQL and other tools.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">If the applicant is unable or unwilling to perform the analysis himself, he may contact external analysts or consultants. VDA does not maintain direct relations with service providers - terms and pricing are discussed directly between the applicant and the analyst.
