The dataset of the Department of Informatics and Communications under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania has been opened on the Lithuanian Open Data Portal Article 45 of the Criminal Procedure Code: violations and violators.

Information is published about cases in the Administrative Offences Register (ANR) that mention Article 45 of the Administrative Offences Code (ANK) ("Violation of European Union regulations or decisions in the field of public health, hygiene regulations or other legal acts in the field of public health, and the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases of Humans").

The collection provides a non-aggregated table (microdata). One row indicates one violator of one article of one part of one administrative offense, detailed demographic information about the violator and the location of the violation.

Parts of Article 45 of the ANC:

1. Violation;
2. Violation committed repeatedly;
3. Violation where the actions caused a risk of spreading dangerous or especially dangerous infectious diseases;
4. Violation when acts that have caused a risk of spreading dangerous or especially dangerous infectious diseases are committed during a war, state of emergency, mobilization, quarantine, limited quarantine, as well as in the event of an emergency situation or an emergency event, if the emergency situation or emergency event poses a threat to people's life or health.

The State Data Agency is implementing the project "Integration of State Information Resources into a Data Lake", which is financed by the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan "New Generation Lithuania" and the Lithuanian state budget.
