The Electronic Health History System (ESIS), developed and administered by UAB "Varutis", collects official data of personnel working in personal health care institutions (PHCIs) that use ESIS. Depending on the PHCI, the time coverage of the data may vary, but the data is updated daily. The data set consists of: PHCI JAR code, name and municipality, pseudonymized personal code of the employee, department assigned to the employee, position held and reporting date indicating the relevance of the current data record.
