Lietuvos atvirų duomenų portale paskelbti VšĮ Naujosios Vilnios poliklinikos, VšĮ Kėdainių ligoninės, VšĮ Respublikinės Vilniaus universitetinė ligoninės, VšĮ Plungės ligoninės, VšĮ Kaišiadorių rajono savivaldybės sveikatos centro, VšĮ Pasvalio ligoninės, VšĮ Jurbarko ligoninės ir VšĮ Utenos ligoninės pacientams atliktų radiologinių tyrimų duomenys.

X-ray image archiving information systems used by personal healthcare institutions store data from radiological examinations performed on patients. Depending on the institution and the information system it uses, the data coverage in time and the update frequency may vary, although most data sets are updated daily. The data sets include attributes such as the patient's pseudonymized personal code, study identifier and date, patient's year of birth, gender, weight and height, study series identifier, description and modality, data on the body part examined, medical image identifier, radiation dose in decigrams per square centimeter, irradiance in arcseconds, and photometric interpretation.

The State Data Agency is implementing the project "Integration of State Information Resources into a Data Lake", which is financed by the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan "New Generation Lithuania" and the Lithuanian state budget.
