The Lithuanian Open Data Portal provides "Alcohol and tobacco reporting data".

The Alcohol and Tobacco Product Reporting System used by the Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Control Department (NTAKD) collects reports on alcohol and tobacco products submitted by legal and natural persons. The data set consists of: the pseudonymized code of the natural or legal person who submitted the report, the type of person of the report provider, the name of the alcohol or tobacco product, the CN code of the product, the license, the quantity, how much of the relevant product was produced or purchased and sold or used in the relevant reporting period, the unit of measure and the year of the reporting period, the number and frequency. One record corresponds to one combination of the report provider, product, reporting year and period number.

Data has been collected in the system since 2020 and is updated to the present.
