The State Energy Regulatory Council's data set "Independent electricity supplier plans", which presents plans of independent electricity suppliers for household consumers. The price of the plan consists of the supplier's price, the ESO plan price, transmission, distribution and PSO components. The price of exchange plans consists of the Nordpool exchange price (not provided in the set), which changes monthly or hourly (depending on the selected plan), the supplier's price, the ESO price and the state-regulated price components. The state-regulated price components (distribution, transmission and PSO components) are fixed regardless of the plan fixing period, therefore the total price of the fixed plan may change.

The State Data Agency is implementing the project "Integration of State Information Resources into a Data Lake", which is financed by the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan "New Generation Lithuania" and the Lithuanian state budget.
