Įgyvendinamas projektas „Valstybės informacinių išteklių integracija į duomenų ežerą“

The project addresses the problem of underutilization of the available opportunities for digitization of state information resources and the integral use of state data for legitimate purposes, thus preventing the creation and use of solutions based on new technologies, their implementation in the development of advanced and secure digital services, and the provision of these services to the public. The problems are solved by eliminating three reasons:

  1. Data from different areas of the public sector is opened up unevenly and unevenly.
  2. There is a lack of public sector involvement in the process of opening up and reusing managed/processed data.
  3. The maturity of public sector open data is low and its value is low, therefore its use is low.

After implementing this project:

  1. Integrations with more than 300 state information resources will be created.
  2. The data stored in them will be inventoried, and a metadata catalog will be created based on the metadata.
  3. Data from integrated state information resources will be made available on the Lithuanian Open Data Portal at a maturity level of no lower than 4.

The project is financed by the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan "New Generation Lithuania" and the Lithuanian state budget. The project is administered by the public institution Central Project Management Agency.
